Biography
Alexander focuses his practice on defending property owners, general contractors, and businesses in commercial litigation, construction, employment, and general liability matters. He is involved in all phases of litigation, from inception through trial and post-trial appeals.
Prior to joining the firm, Alexander served as a law clerk at the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Fraud Division, in Washington, D.C., and then as an associate with a Westchester-based firm specializing in medical malpractice and general liability defense.
Alexander graduated from Ithaca College with a bachelor’s degree in health care management. He received his law degree from the University of Richmond School of Law, where he was an active member of the Animal Law Society and the Health Law Association. During law school, he performed an externship at the Virginia Medicaid Fraud Control Unit of the Office of the Attorney General.
Outside of work, Alexander enjoys rugby and traveling abroad. He is a strong advocate for animals, particularly community cats, and volunteers at a local cat rescue.
