Biography
Arlow focuses his practice on the defense of individuals and businesses across a broad spectrum of liability matters, including construction injury, motor vehicle accident, premises liability, medical malpractice, and products liability cases. He has represented a diverse set of clients ranging from local restaurants and construction companies to nationally recognized retailers and car rental companies.
Arlow also has significant experience handling complex commercial matters. This experience includes a successful directed verdict. There, he obtained dismissal on behalf of one of the nation’s largest water-treatment companies in a multimillion-dollar contractual dispute involving a fracking project.
Arlow’s practice philosophy is simple – in order to provide exceptional client service, one must truly understand the client’s unique goals and their own definition of success. Effective client communication, both at the outset of a relationship or matter and at every stage thereafter, is the cornerstone of Arlow’s practice.
Arlow also serves as the President of the Board of Directors of Young Audiences of Western New York, an organization which seeks to provide arts education and engagement to youth who may not otherwise receive it. Arlow is very proud of the work this organization does to enrich lives and broaden education in the area through the arts.
Away from the office, Arlow enjoys spending time with his wife and their young daughter. As often as possible, the three get outdoors – hiking, biking, swimming, or skiing. Through his training in geology, Arlow fell in love with the outdoors and travel (especially to our National Parks). When not outside, Arlow usually can be found reading or hunting for rare bourbons.
