Prior to joining the firm, Cassandra worked at an insurance defense firm, where she developed a keen understanding of complex litigation and honed her skills in creative resolutions to secure favorable outcomes for her clients. In addition, Cassandra obtained reversal of a Superior Court decision and entry of a directed judgment on behalf of a security contractor in the Connecticut Appellate Court, wherein the Appellate Court held for the first time that the well-established principles governing the duty to defend in the insurance context are equally applicable to contracts between sophisticated business entities.

Her analytical approach, attention to detail, and compelling arguments resonate with judges and juries alike.

Cassandra earned her Juris Doctor from University of Connecticut School of Law, where she was actively involved as an editor of the Connecticut Public Law Interest Group, editor of the Pro Se newsletter, member of the Student Bar Association and New Haven Young Lawyers Section, and competed in the Davis Mock Trial competition, as well as the Boston Student Trial Advocacy Competition, placing 5th in 2015. During her time at UConn, Cassandra worked full-time as a litigation paralegal for a boutique law firm in Hartford, Connecticut, where she became experienced in plaintiff's personal injury law.

Beyond her legal practice, Cassandra is committed to mentoring younger attorneys as they enter the field of law. She also volunteers for local charities, including her favorite, Mikey's Place, which is a handicapped accessible playground in Wethersfield, Connecticut. She believes in giving back to the community and empowering others through legal education and support.
