Biography
Colleen focuses her practice on defending clients in matters involving premises liability, professional liability, contractual disputes, insurance coverage, and appeals. Over the course of her career, she has gained experience in a wide array of practice areas and applies this experience to ensure the best possible representation of her clients. She also has experience representing commercial creditors in collection and banking matters.
Prior to practicing law, Colleen worked at an investment bank in client onboarding, and had a seven-year career in the insurance industry in reinsurance collections, which included maximizing reinsurance recoveries, reviewing reinsurance coverage and structure, and negotiating release of liability in cases of commutations of a reinsurance relationship.
