Biography
Daisy concentrates her practice on commercial litigation, product liability and insurance defense — primarily those involving international issues. Her practices also include general corporate matters, insurance law, and fraud investigation.
Daisy has vast international legal experience. Through her varied experience, Daisy gained exposure and insights on global compliance issues, as well as the Federal Arbitration Act and international arbitration. Currently, she represents national and foreign companies in commercial, construction, product liability, and other litigation.
Prior to joining Gerber Ciano Kelly Brady LLP, Daisy worked as an associate with a law firm in Shanghai, China, involved in the equity acquisition between a major bank and a Global 500 mobile communications corporation.
Daisy was a compliance associate with a brokerage firm in Shanghai. While working in this role, she was responsible for providing legal solutions to industry analytics queries. She designed and updated internal compliance modules and managed employee database with global compliance team.
While receiving her juris doctorate at Suffolk University Law School, Daisy developed a U.S. business visa assessment toolkit with document automation software. She contributed to the Internally Displaced Persons Database for the Brookings Institution while receiving her Master of Laws degree at Vanderbilt University Law School.
Daisy is an avid Pilates practitioner and she enjoys cooking and traveling.
