David practices primarily in insurance defense wherein he represents businesses and individuals in motor vehicular accidents, personal injury claims and premises liability cases. He also assists individuals in the preparation of estate planning documents like Wills, Powers of Attorney and Health Care Proxies, as well as providing consultation for long-term care planning and asset protection.

Prior to arriving at Gerber Ciano Kelly Brady, LLP, David worked at firms that specialized in estate planning, that in addition to basic documents, including the creation of revocable and irrevocable trusts which minimized government interference in their estate administration and provided protection for his clients' accumulated wealth from long-term care costs. He also worked for insurance defense firms with his primary focus on businesses and municipalities in personal injury, premises liability and motor-vehicular accident cases.

David also has experience in family law, real estate transactions and representing individual plaintiffs in a wide array of personal injury cases and hurricane/storm claims.

When David is not working, he travels with his wife and three young children across Upstate New York visiting waterfalls, hiking trails, picking apples, riding horses and pursuing all the opportunities available for his family to make lasting memories.
