Dave has handled appellate matters throughout his career. Upon graduating law school, Dave worked for the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office where he was a member of the Appeals Bureau, arguing many cases before the Appellate Division and the New York Court of Appeals. He then served as a senior court attorney with the Court of Appeals. After entering private practice, he continued to work on appeals in courts across New York State. His experience with New York’s appellate procedures and practices, including in the state’s highest of court, contributes to the firm’s Appellate Advocacy Practice Group.

Outside of work, Dave spends time with his friends and family in the Mohawk Valley, where he was born and raised, and in the Adirondack Mountains. He enjoys studying history, keeping up with the latest movies, and following the New York Giants.
