Biography
Jennifer focuses her practice in the areas of construction, premises liability, product liability, automobile and trucking liability, as well as commercial litigation. Her practice also includes property damage and insurance coverage.
Prior to joining Gerber Ciano, Jennifer successfully handled all facets of defense litigation for a mid-size insurance defense firm on matters ranging from complex labor law and property damage cases to trademark infringement. She also handled declaratory judgment actions, AAA hearings and UM/SUM arbitrations. In addition, Jennifer briefed appeals in the First and Second Departments of the Appellate Division of New York State. With over 15 years of civil litigation experience, Jennifer prides herself on aggressively defending claims and pursuing loss transfers while providing the most-cost effective representation for her clients.
Jennifer received her undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton with a degree in political science and received her Juris Doctorate from New York Law School.
When not working, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She also enjoys traveling, hiking, and yoga.
