Biography
Jess focuses her practice on complex insurance coverage matters. She conducts extensive research and drafts coverage opinions on behalf of insurer clients as to the duty to defend and duty to indemnify. Jess also has a background in professional liability defense, including medical malpractice.
Jess received her law degree from the George Washington University Law School where she was an active member of the International Law in Domestic Courts Journal, the Student Health Law Association and the Political Law Society. Jess has participated in multiple volunteer trips abroad, including a medical brigade in Riobamba, Ecuador and taught English in Cusco, Peru.
During her free time, Jess enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, exercising, learning to cook and watching competitive baking shows on TV.
