
Biography
Samantha focuses her practice on defending general contractors and property owners in premises liability and construction labor law matters. She is experienced in all stages of litigation leading up to trial, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, and mediation. Samantha regularly appears in courts throughout the five boroughs for conferences, settlement discussions, and oral arguments on dispositive and procedural motions.
Samantha is committed to providing thorough case assessments and proactive defense strategies to minimize client exposure and control litigation costs. She has successfully prepared and argued procedural and dispositive motions resulting in favorable outcomes for her clients in both insurance coverage and labor law matters. Her experience also includes handling catastrophic injury cases, where she has managed complex medical record analyses and conducted fact-driven depositions.
Samantha earned her Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she was awarded the Dean’s Merit Scholarship and served as a Staff Editor for the Cardozo Journal of Equal Rights and Social Justice. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in finance with a minor in management from the Sy Syms School of Business.
Outside of work, Samantha enjoys Pilates, getting lost at the library, and spending quality time with her husband.
