Samantha Yager

Samantha is an Associate in the firm’s Buffalo office. She brings years of civil litigation experience, with a strong foundation in insurance defense and complex liability matters, having previously served as counsel for a large national insurance carrier. In her prior role, she managed a high-volume docket of cases involving personal and commercial claims. She developed practical results driven strategies to resolve matters efficiently while protecting her clients’ interests. Samantha’s legal experience encompasses a broad range of litigation matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, property damage, and construction defect matters.

Samantha earned her Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo School of Law. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in history and public justice.

Outside the office, Samantha enjoys hiking with her husband and Australian Shepherd. She is an enthusiastic gardener who takes pride in her summer vegetable harvest and has a passion for cooking.
