Biography
Terry specializes in defending clients in high-exposure general liability cases, striving to achieve the best possible resolution. With over 30 years of litigation experience, she is a highly skilled attorney with extensive legal expertise.
Throughout her career, Terry has litigated a wide variety of civil matters, including insurance defense, labor law, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and general liability cases. She is known for her strong advocacy, dedication to her clients, and ability to secure effective and favorable outcomes.
Terry is actively engaged in her community, serving as a volunteer mediator to help facilitate effective resolutions to a variety of community disputes. She was recently appointed to the Westchester Charter Revision Commission to analyze and make recommendations with regard to Westchester County's Charter.
Terry received her undergraduate degree from Buffalo State College and earned her law degree from Fordham Law School in 1991. Additionally, Terry is a former member of the Tort Committee of the New York State Bar Association.
