Biography
Tom focuses his practice on construction litigation, municipal law, and general civil litigation. As a law clerk, he plays a critical role in supporting a wide array of legal matters, bringing a practical, results-oriented approach to each case.
Before transitioning into the legal field, Tom gained invaluable experience working as a field clerk and carpenter in Vermont. He contributed to high-profile construction projects for one of the state's leading construction companies. This hands-on background provides Tom with a unique, in-depth understanding of the construction industry, which he expertly applies to his legal practice.
While this is Tom’s first postgraduate legal employment, he has already developed a strong foundation through internships with prominent law firms and a legal aid non-profit. During his time at Quinnipiac University School of Law, Tom was an active member of the Mock Trial Association, honing his litigation skills through multiple competitions. Before attending law school, he earned his B.A. in Political Science from Saint Michael’s College in Colchester, Vermont.
Outside the office, Tom is passionate about skiing with friends in Vermont, sailing, and attending live music concerts.
