Troy enjoys and has benefited from the variety that comes with spending his career at large, multi-faceted law firms. Prior to joining the firm, he was a partner at one of the United States largest litigation firms. As a result, Troy’s litigation experience is far-reaching and has included complex litigation arising from construction worksite accidents, retail and commercial premises liability claims, automobile and trucking accidents, products liability claims, wrongful death claims, claims involving the origin and cause of fires, property damage claims, contractual liability claims, claims of negligence, etc. Troy has deep trial experience and a track record of achieving successful resolution of claims for insured and self-insured clients from a diverse range of industries.

Outside of work he enjoys watching his son play travel baseball and his daughter complete in dance and gymnastics. His reading and intellectual interests are diverse and include topics such as the intersection of science and philosophy, cosmology, geology, etc. He enjoys podcasts and lectures from thought leaders on these and other topics from organizations such as Socrates In the City, etc.
