Gerber Ciano Kelly Brady Welcomes Emily Paul as Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer

Emily Paul Announcement

Gerber Ciano Kelly Brady is pleased to announce the addition of Emily Paul as Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer, effective February 16, 2026. Paul brings with her a distinguished career spanning more than 25 years in marketing, communications, and business development — including deep roots in the legal industry and a proven track record of driving growth for some of the country's most dynamic organizations.

Paul is no stranger to law firm marketing. She spent nearly two decades in the legal sector earlier in her career, developing expertise in brand strategy, public and media relations, content marketing, and business development — helping grow firms into nationally recognized names.

After her tenure in legal marketing, Paul expanded her horizons in the corporate sector, most recently serving as Chief Marketing Officer at a global workforce and business solutions organization where she enhanced brand visibility and awareness across the company's portfolio of businesses.

"Emily's return to the legal industry is a tremendous win for the firm," said John Jablonski, Managing Partner. "She brings a rare combination of deep legal marketing expertise and broad corporate experience that will be invaluable as we continue to grow the firm and strengthen our presence in the marketplace."

In her new role, Paul will lead the development and execution of the firm's marketing, branding, communications, business development, and client experience strategies. She will work closely with firm leadership and attorneys to drive growth and elevate the firm's profile.

Paul expressed enthusiasm about her return to legal marketing. "Coming back to the legal industry feels like coming home," she said. "I've always been passionate about the unique challenges and opportunities that law firm marketing presents. I'm excited to bring fresh perspective from my years outside the industry, and to work alongside the talented team at GCKB to continue building upon the firm’s exceptional success."

Paul earned her Bachelor of Arts from William Smith College. She is an active community leader and serves on the board of the Little Match Girl Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to collecting supplies and gifts for children in need.
