Biography
Meredith joined Gerber Ciano following a valuable clerkship with the firm during law school. Now, as a full-time member of the team, she is eager to contribute her skills and enthusiasm to deliver excellent results for clients and help drive the firm’s continued success.
Meredith earned a bachelor’s degree, majoring in psychology and minoring in management, from Canisius University, and subsequently received her Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo School of Law.
Outside of work, Meredith enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and taking walks with her dog Maisey.

Representative Matters
Successfully secured partial summary judgment in a Southern District of New York insurance coverage action arising from a premises liability lawsuit involving a Verizon technician injured during WiFi installation. The court held that the co‑insurer owed the building owner a duty to defend, but no duty to indemnify, finding that the injury occurred in a non‑leased basement area to which the tenant lacked free access and which was not necessary for the tenant’s use or enjoyment of the demised premises.
